Pestearthy is a termite controlling powder designed to help prevent termite growth, penetration and attack in construction areas.
When mixed with soil, it is intended to provide long-lasting termite protection and can also help control other soil-dwelling insects. According to the TDS, Pestearthy is mainly used for floor treatment and outside barrier treatment in new construction.
It penetrates and seals porous surfaces, helping to prevent the movement and appearance of salts on plastered walls, concrete, brick, and other masonry surfaces. Desalt-S01 is particularly suitable for new plaster and areas affected by recurring salt deposits.

Pre-Construction Ground Floor Protection
After compacting the sand and before soling, Pestearthy Powder should be spread evenly over the floor area. Construction work such as soling and subsequent CC/RCC can then proceed over the treated area.

Outside Barrier Treatment
Termite Protection Around the Building
For outside barrier treatment, prepare a trench approximately 2 ft wide and 2 ft deep around the building plinth. Spread Pestearthy Powder over the trench surface, partially fill the trench and apply the powder again. After completing the filling, apply another layer over the surface.
The treated area can then be covered with brick soling, CC, tiles or approximately 2 inches of soil.
