Con-TopSeal is a premium single-component, high-elastomeric acrylic waterproofing and heat insulating membrane developed for roofs, terraces, exterior walls and other exposed construction surfaces.
It forms a flexible, seamless protective coating that helps resist water penetration, UV exposure and thermal movement. Its high elasticity allows the coating to accommodate expansion and contraction while helping bridge and seal hairline cracks.

Application Process

Proper surface preparation and coat application are essential for getting the best waterproofing, flexibility and heat protection performance from Con-TopSeal.

Prepare the Surface
Make sure the substrate is sound, smooth, cured and dry. Remove dust, grease, oil, loose particles and damaged materials before coating.

Apply Primer Coat
Apply one primer coat of Con-TopSeal mixed with approximately 30–40% water and allow it to dry properly before the next coat.

Apply Main Coats
Apply the second coat after the primer becomes touch dry. Apply the top coat using Con-TopSeal mixed with approximately 15–20% water.

Cure & Protect
Maintain approximately 4–6 hours between coats and allow the completed system to air cure for at least 48 hours before exposure to service conditions.
